www.amazon.com I just received my 323L today and although I used it after reading the manual I still want to wait a while before giving it an honest rating. My initial reaction is..this thing has power! It started up right away and even though it is louder than the ECHO I had it was lighter and I don't mind the noise as long as it performs (after all, I ride a harley). My real reason for writing so soon is to commend Amazon.com for the excellent service in delivering the product. You said 2 days and it arrived in 2 day. Well done. Living on Hawaii Island, we don't always receive the best customer service online. The excuse is, "well you guys live out in the Pacific Ocean, what do you expect?". Now I can answer with a resounding "Amazon.com does it, why can't you". Well done, guys
